Core5 Industrial Partners Announces 973,218-Square-Foot Building in Northwest Atlanta

Great Valley Commerce Center Set to Immediately Break Ground on 87-Acre Site in Bartow County located in the Northwest industrial submarket of Metro Atlanta, Georgia ATLANTA, December 2, 2020 – Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners has closed on an 89-acre, fully entitled industrial site at Exit 296 in the Northwest industrial submarket. Core5 will immediately break ground on the development of Great Valley Commerce Center, a 973,218-square-foot state-of-the-art cross dock facility. Delivery of the building is scheduled for the fourth quarter 2021.
The configuration of the Great Valley Commerce Center site offers outstanding flexibility making the development ideal for either e-commerce or distribution users. The proposed building will feature 40-foot clear ceiling height and can accommodate trailer parking for over 220 trailers with 500 auto parking spaces. The site is in pro-business Bartow County, one of the strongest labor markets in Georgia with a population of more than 1 million people within a 45-minute drive.

Core5 Industrial Partners Starts 1 Million-Square-Foot Bourbon Trail Logistics Center

LOUISVILLE — July 22, 2019 – Core5 Industrial Partners, a new-to-Louisville developer and owner of industrial properties, has started construction on the largest speculative building in the market, a 1,038,240-square-foot building at Bourbon Trail Logistics Center, located less than one mile from I-65 at KY-245 in Shepherdsville. The building is the first 40-foot clear height speculative building to deliver in the market and will be available in the second quarter of 2020. Core5 Industrial Partners Starts 1 Million-Square-Foot Hendricks Gateway Park Industrial Building

INDIANAPOLIS, July 16, 2019 – Core5 Industrial Partners, a new-to-Indianapolis developer and owner of industrial properties, has started construction on a 1,070,160 square foot building in Hendricks Gateway Park located at I-70 and State Road 39 in Monrovia. The building is the first 40-foot clear height speculative building to deliver in the market and will be available in the second quarter of 2020. Core5 Industrial Partners Announces Sale of 581,475 SF Desoto 55 Logistics Center Building A and Lease of 300,145 SF Building B in Greater Memphis Industrial Market

Construction Slated to Begin Q2 2109 on Three Additional Buildings Totaling 1.5 MSF in Business Park ATLANTA, February 20, 2019 – Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners announced today the sale of a 581,475-square-foot building located in Desoto 55 Logistic Center, a 173-acre park situated at US Highway 51 in DeSoto County along the I-55/I-69 corridor in the greater Memphis industrial market. The initial cross-dock facility, located at 1241 Commerce Drive, Horn Lake, MS, and known as Building A, was sold to a Fortune 500 company to use as a key facility in their distribution network.  Elliot Embry with NAI in conjunction with NAI Global Corporate Solutions represented the undisclosed buyer. The second existing building in the park, Building B, is a 300,145-square-foot rear-load building that has been fully leased to DSV Solutions, LLC and EPE Industries USA which will both occupy in first quarter 2019.  DSV Solutions was represented in-house and EPE Industries was represented by Jacque Beeson of CBRE. Core5 Industrial Partners Completes the first phase of DeSoto 55 Logistics Center and signs its first lease with DSV Solutions in greater Memphis market

ATLANTA, October 15, 2018 – Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners announced today the completion of two inventory buildings in their first development in the greater Memphis Market, DeSoto 55 Logistics Center. DeSoto 55 Logistics Center is a 175-acre Class-A business park, located in Horn Lake, MS along the I-55 Corridor less than 10 miles to Memphis International Airport, and will encompass over 2.5 million square feet once fully developed.  The initial phase of the development was completed in October 2018 and included Building A1, a 581,475 SF cross-dock facility, which is expandable to over 1 million square feet and Building B, which is a 300,145 SF rear-load building.  In addition to the completion of the first two buildings, Core5 also signed a pre-lease of 200,000 SF in Building B to DSV Solutions.

ATLANTA, May 2, 2018 – Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners announced today a 601,350 square-foot build-to-suit for Empire Distributors, Inc. a wholesale beverage distributor that serves three states in the Southeast (GA, TN and NC) and represents over 1,000 brands from around the world. The building resides at 685 Hartman Road in Austell, Georgia. The facility is an expansion for Empire, moving from approximately 300,000 square feet in Atlanta Industrial Park in Fulton County to the new building in Southwest Cobb County. Empire’s corporate headquarters and its regional distribution operations will be housed in the facility which will feature over 80,000 square feet of two-story office space alongside dedicated cooler and distribution space.
