Human Resources Manager

As Human Resources Manager for Core5, Rebecca coordinates all human resources and payroll activities which includes compliance, open enrollment and benefits administration. She also oversees payroll, the annual review of salaries and bonuses as well as long-term incentive compensation and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Core5, Rebecca was Regional Operations Coordinator and Human Resources Consultant at Hines Interests L.P. In this role she provided full-service recruiting services to regional executives, managed new employee onboarding processes and handled confidential employee payroll compensation, semi-monthly payroll financial reports, annual merit bonus process, employee salary allocations and monthly payroll. Previously, Rebecca served as Executive Assistant at Post Properties, Inc.

Rebecca is a member of the SHRM-Atlanta chapter (Society for Human Resources Management) which is a professional human resources membership association that promotes the role of HR as a profession and provides education, certification and networking to its members. She also enjoys volunteering in the community, most notably with the Atlanta Community Food Bank, her church community and her children’s school. Rebecca is a graduate of Georgia State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.  She is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and grew up in Marietta, Georgia. She resides in Marietta with her husband, Paul, and their two children, Ethan and Faith, as well as their two dogs, Pippa and Patch. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the North Georgia mountains with her family, live music, fall weather, trying out local restaurants and exploring wineries in North Georgia.
