Vice President Development

As Vice President, Development for Core5, Brian is charged with the development of speculative and build-to-suit warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing facilities in the Pennsylvania market. His principal duties include due diligence investigation of new properties, cost budgeting and estimating, design, entitlements, supervision of new development and tenant improvement projects, and providing technical guidance for assignments managed by third party property management teams. Brian also supports the leasing team by developing detailed scopes of work for lease documents and estimating TI budgets.

A real estate expert with 23 years’ experience in design, construction and development, Brian’s expertise scales from project management to estimating projects. His experience includes a one-year assignment with Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. where he most recently served as Senior Project Manager. While in this role, Brian oversaw master planning, design and development, municipal approvals and the preparation of proposals, feasibility studies, design plans and construction bid documents. Previously, Brian served as Project Engineer with Brehm-Lebo Engineering, Inc.

He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Brian has been a P.E. (Registered Professional Engineer) in Pennsylvania since 2003.

Brian and his wife Martha have three children — his son, Chase, and twin daughters Emma and Anna. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family at home and at the beach and traveling.
