Whiplash Leases Entire Building at Core5’s I-70 Logistics Center

Cushman & Wakefield Represents Core5 in 437,589-Square-Foot Industrial Lease COLUMBUS, December 17, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm Core5 Industrial Partners is leasing 437,589 square feet of industrial space to logistics firm, Whiplash. Cushman & Wakefield Director Michael Guagenti, SIOR, CCIM, represented Atlanta-based Core5 in the lease transaction with Whiplash, a national third-party logistics firm. Core5 delivered I-70 Logistics Center East, a state-of-art industrial building located at 1225 Southgate Parkway in Etna, Ohio in August of this year. Phase II of Core5 Industrial Project Set to Break Ground Q3 of this Year

CBRE Set to Market and Lease Phase II Buildings Following Successful Leasing of Initial Phase I Building Cincinnati – September 2, 2021 – Core5 Industrial Partners announced today that Phase II of the Core5 Industrial Partners speculative multi-building industrial project is scheduled to break ground in the third quarter of this year in Elsmere, Kentucky. Phase II will feature two buildings totaling 869,308-square-feet. Building 2 offers 585,064-square-feet of cross-dock capability for larger tenants while Building 3 will offer 284,244-square-feet of single-loaded space, creating leasing opportunities for smaller end-users. Phase II follows the successful leasing of the Phase I -- 839,931-square-foot C5 Airport East Logistics Center Building 1 to Diversey, Inc. at 7900 Foundation Drive. Core5 Industrial Partners Announces Sale of 581,475 SF Desoto 55 Logistics Center Building A and Lease of 300,145 SF Building B in Greater Memphis Industrial Market

Construction Slated to Begin Q2 2109 on Three Additional Buildings Totaling 1.5 MSF in Business Park ATLANTA, February 20, 2019 – Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners announced today the sale of a 581,475-square-foot building located in Desoto 55 Logistic Center, a 173-acre park situated at US Highway 51 in DeSoto County along the I-55/I-69 corridor in the greater Memphis industrial market. The initial cross-dock facility, located at 1241 Commerce Drive, Horn Lake, MS, and known as Building A, was sold to a Fortune 500 company to use as a key facility in their distribution network.  Elliot Embry with NAI in conjunction with NAI Global Corporate Solutions represented the undisclosed buyer. The second existing building in the park, Building B, is a 300,145-square-foot rear-load building that has been fully leased to DSV Solutions, LLC and EPE Industries USA which will both occupy in first quarter 2019.  DSV Solutions was represented in-house and EPE Industries was represented by Jacque Beeson of CBRE.
