Core5 Industrial Partners Completes the first phase of DeSoto 55 Logistics Center and signs its first lease with DSV Solutions in greater Memphis market

ATLANTA, October 15, 2018 – Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners announced today the completion of two inventory buildings in their first development in the greater Memphis Market, DeSoto 55 Logistics Center. DeSoto 55 Logistics Center is a 175-acre Class-A business park, located in Horn Lake, MS along the I-55 Corridor less than 10 miles to Memphis International Airport, and will encompass over 2.5 million square feet once fully developed.  The initial phase of the development was completed in October 2018 and included Building A1, a 581,475 SF cross-dock facility, which is expandable to over 1 million square feet and Building B, which is a 300,145 SF rear-load building.  In addition to the completion of the first two buildings, Core5 also signed a pre-lease of 200,000 SF in Building B to DSV Solutions.

A Nebraska-based e-commerce retailer is opening a massive fulfillment center in South Dallas.

VMInnovations, which sells home and garden, sports and outdoors, electronics, and children’s products, has leased 416,891 square feet at the Core5 Logistics Center at Wintergreen in Hutchins. The industrial complex is located on 43 acres at the intersection of Wintergreen Road and I-45. (more…)

VMInnovations, an online retailer that sells goods through Amazon.com and EBay, has signed a big lease in southern Dallas County for its new southern U.S. regional distribution center. The Nebraska-based company, which sells everything from baby gear to home and garden items to electronics, signed a lease for 416,891 square feet of industrial space at Core5 Logistics Center, a brand new, 754,897-square-foot facility located at 1200 W. HUTCHINS, TEXAS — VMInnovations, an online retailer of brand-name sports products, electronics and home goods, has signed an industrial lease in Hutchins, a southern suburb of Dallas. The company will occupy 416,891 square feet at Core5 Logistics Center at Wintergreen, a 43-acre development. Mark Collins and Adam Campbell of Cushman & Wakefield represented VMInnovations in the lease negotiations. Matt Elliot of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord, Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners.

Core5 Industrial Partners Leases 416,891 Square Feet to VMInnovations in Core5 Logistics Center at Wintergreen in South Dallas Market June 18, 2018 – Core5 Industrial Partners announced today a 416,891-square-foot lease in their Core5 Logistics Center at Wintergreen location in South Dallas to VMInnovations, an online retailer that sells a variety of brand-name products in categories including baby and kids, home and garden, sports and outdoors, and electronics. The company’s new South Dallas location will provide order fulfillment to locations across the South. Core5 Logistics Center at Wintergreen is located on a 43-acre site in Hutchins, Texas ½ mile from the intersection of Wintergreen Road and I-45. The 754,897-square-foot building has 337,406 square feet remaining available for lease.
