We watch fluctuating market changes and acquire facilities and/or land in well-sited, supply-constrained submarkets where we do business or plan to do business.
Our building purchase criteria include scenarios to bring a property up-to-date through redevelopment and releasing opportunities, sale/leaseback options and other value-add circumstances. Because we are privately owned, we can make quick decisions on deals. Our familiarity with industrial real estate extends an “in place” program to add to property value for the long term.
